So this is a video I didn't put up 6 months ago to this date because I felt it to be a little childish/ignorant/boombastic. But you know what, some people don't know how to talk to customer service and i think I handled myself well and this should be taken as an example. Not to mention excentuated the point that I am not one with whome to *u€k with. Hollar atchaaboi, I gets money. Back Story: – My ipod had a 3 year warranty. – I took it into to be serviced during the 2nd year because it was erasing my songs and shit. – They lied 3 times over a period of 5 months and said they sent it out. – After the 5 month mark I got pissed and they actually sent it out to be fixed. – The resolve that it could not be fixed and send me a refurbished ipod. – It's broken out of the box. – The manager questions the shit out of me and after like 40 minutes agrees to give me a brand new ipod. The Facts: My original Ipod was an Ipod photo and they basically all gave me a free upgrade to an Ipod movie. At this point my ipod got stolen at my job, … thank allot Darren.
